The Commission maintains special registers: the register of issuers of securities contains joint-stock companies, banks, insurance companies, and other legal entities as issuers of securities, and the register of funds contains management companies and investment funds.

According to the Law on the Securities Commission, the Law on Business Companies, the Law on the Securities Market, and the Rulebook on how to register and maintain the register of securities issuers with the Securities Commission of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Commission maintains a register of issuers.
